Indo-Pak Partition Agony

Human Rights,UNO and world Peace

Right to life is inalienable even against the sovereign nation-state. Where rights are violated, peace is disturbed. The concept of world peace and human rights are co-related and interdependent to each other.
The interpretation of so-called violation of human rights by India in Jammu and Kashmir by United Nation  High Commissioner for Human Right  Mrs.  Michel BacheletI is nothing but distortion and misinterpretation of empirical facts and substances, which were provided by the Finance Minister of Pakistan.  She during the 42nd session of  UN Human Right Council(UNHRC)in Jeneva on the 9th November 2019 openly questioned the Government of India for tackling her internal problem in Jammu and Kashmir.Ms.Bachelet said, " l am deeply concerned about the impact of the action taken by the Government of India  on the human rights violation of Kashmiris including restrictions of internet connection and peaceful assembly and detention of local political leaders and activists."
The U.N.charter of human rights signed on 26th 1945 aims to save succeeding generation from the scourge of war and '' to reaffirm faith in fundamental human rights, in the dignity and worth of the human person and in the equal rights of men and women".Article 1 of the charter states that one of the aims of  UN is to achieve international cooperation in promoting and  encouraging  respect for human rights and for fundamental freedoms for all right  without discrimination on the ground of race, sex, place of birth, language and religion. To achieves this gaol UN Charter 56 says that all the members of the UNO must make a pledge to act in a coordinated manner so that intractable problems could be solved peacefully. My objective is to derive a conclusion about the nature and functioning of Indian and the Pakistan state in the adherence of values of human rights.

The great upheavals in the Indo -Pak relations recently have occurred following the deletion of Article 370 of the constitution endowing special status to the state of j&k since the integration of the state into Indian union on the 26th Oct. 1948. In retaliation, Pakistan waged wars against India in 1965,1971.1984 and 1998 including frequent skirmishes with its prime motto to annex the Indian territory by sheer force. But ironically, in every war Pakistan was badly defeated and humiliated.
Even after that Pakistan is bent upon its nefarious design to malign Indis's reputation by raising the issue of human right violation in Kashmir.
Pak never intends a peaceful and prosperous Kashmir. The politico-military nexus has been so much disturbed only because scrapping of Article 370 will positively pave the way for a better life to the  youth of this region.works on  suitable project planning preparation and their implementation will bring about drastic socio-economic changes through evolutionary methods ensuring a deep-rooted ground for establishing a true democratic values of  liberty, equality, fraternity, and justice. Will it be a violation of human rights by India? The UN human rights body, UNHCR, and other major democracies of the world must remind frustrated Pak authorities that human rights can't be preserved by exporting terror groups in other nations but by strengthening the efficiency of the modern state apparatus to render maximum welfare services to its maximum people. Pak political elites must be aware of the fact that human rights can only be preserved only if the people are not denied with basic needs, dignity, honor and their self-, respect. Human Rights can be preserved only by implementing the concept of ''distributive justice" to the poorest of the poor not by making them world-class terrorists.

     >        India and World peace
Concept of peace may be discernable in Indis's antiquity. Our ancient culture and traditions believed the world as a single family(vasudhaiv Kutumbkam)or "World federalism " in modern terminology. The philosophy of Gautam Buddha, Lord Mahavir Great emperor Ashoka and Mahatma Gandhi, etc. have been a guiding principle in determining post-independence Indis's foreign policy. India's efforts to bring peace and prosperity in South Asian region ,its  initiative shown for cooperation with Pakistan by signing Taskant ,Shimla Agreement, opening the door for trade, by signing Prefrenti al Free Trade Agreement ,people to people cultural contact ,demand to declare Indian Ocean as a ''Zone of Peace" Presurisin the two Superpowers USA and erstwhile USSR for disarmament, arms control Nuclear weapon-free world and fight for sets bling a New International Economic Order (NIEO) by mobilizing Third World nations during cold war era were these important efforts made by India
for establishing world peace and safeguarding human rights in the whole world.
India, under the dynamic leadership of  Prime Minister Shree Narendra Modi has clearly convinced the International actors within United Nations and outside the real intention of Pskistsn. India, in dealing with Pakistan, has today got diplomatic success faith  from not only the USA, Russia, UK, France, and European nations  but also from the Middle East Muslim  countries

Hence, in order to execute the principles of human rights, Pakistan must concentrate to protect the human rights of her own citizens in Gilgit, Psk Occupy Kashmir, and Sindh provinces. The people of Gilgit, POK, Sindh, etc have raised their voice for freedom against Pak authoritarians regime which has deprived them of their basic civil rights, liberty justice, dignity and a decent standard of living.
