These duo factors are directly related to underutilization of the available natural and and human resources.All the successive five years planning aims at proving self-reliant economy and employment generation opportunities to our farmers ,youths,artisans,and other vulnerable. section of the society.For the successful implementation of the programmes, the need for strengthng Cooperative institutions was emphasized ranging from the grassroots to the national level.Ironically these democratic voluntary organisations are getting incapable of solving the common basic problems of the aspirants community members mainly due to an unsound general and financial managerial system and weak and incapable leadership qualities.The Managing Committees members can enrich the basic structure of Cooperative only by adhering to the principles and values of cooperative.In the current on-going world scenarios of the new trade war among various nations,a strong cooperative strucure can only safeguard the son of the soil.
