Indo-Pak Partition Agony

August 14 has been declared to be a “ partition remembrance day''8 by our prime minister Shri Narendra Modi. In his recent statement he observed ‘’partition day keep us reminding of the need to remove the poison of social division, disharmony and further strengthen the spirit of 1S social harmony and further strengthen the spirit of oneness, Social harmony human empowerment.” India’s present prime minister ‘s future vision is to see both South Asian countries live in peace, and harmony, economically reliant, mutually cooperative , inclusive and remain sensitive to each other. India’s then prime minister Late Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee ,too, had tried to win the confidence of Pakistan leaders to develop a better relations between the two countries. The Taskand agreement in1966 and Shimla agreement signed the 2nd June 1772 intended to bring lasting peace but the plan went on fiasco due to intransigent policy adopted by pak political leadership. The question before the Indian political foreign policy makers is to what extent Pakistan like China he is reliable?

Indo-Pak partition was an unnecessary evil for the future generation of both the countries. Although ,the seeds of partition may be discerned in the year 1906, the Acts of 1909 and ,1919,communal awards of 1932,1935 acts and Lord Mountbatten participation plan. Religion was made an instrument of partition of the nascent and weaker Indian nation state.

The propaganda spread by the Muslim ruling elite classes was also no less responsible for sowing the seeds of hatred and distrust among Muslim community against the Hindus. Md. Ali Jinnah openly declared that the Muslim interests in Independent India could never be protected under the Hindu majority rule. Hence a new state Pakistan was carved out of Indian territory. For the pakistani political leaders made a mistake in assessing the past historical during freedom struggle era and partially adoption of a weak structured political system based upon communal foundation. Nature of the Indian society and culture comprising of multi ethnic ,multi -religious and multi - lingual social groups can’t stand side by side of a particular religious ideology for a long time in the integrated and global world order. It can not keep the nation united, progressive and transforming too, In the fast changing social -human behavioral environment. Post-world war modern political system will have to adjust, and adapt themselves according to the reformative changes taking places in the social system Anyway, the partition agony can never be forgotten, but it can not be brought back too .No As far as lack of faith ,rising animosity hatred feeling created by Pakistan ruling class is partially traced back to the past historical development during freedom struggle and partly no sign of process is solved weak political system based upon theocratic ideology post independence India in the processing of nation building came to fulfill the cherished aspirations of its citizens with sound e-structural proceedings but all settings approach the strategy of Indian development uh not bad man The strategy of Indian development planned economy successfully processed the incoming demands (inputs) into acceptable outputs the system has been able to cope with the Unconditional distresses coming from pressure and anomic groups through a process of dialogue in a peaceful way. In her long democratic experiment of 75years India’s recently launched socio-economic campaign like make in India and Atm-nirvar Bharat and a lot of several other innumerable welfare scheme have not only strengthened Indian economy by exporting the self -manufactured product abroad post COVID-19 pandemic area but also integrated the entire work-forces in inculcating the culture of one India soul power.

On the other hand, Pakistan’s political system has failed due to it’s too much internal contradictions. The shattered democratic repressive state apparatus has never been capable enough to process the demands and people’s aspirations and coping with the feed-backs arising our of the broader social environment. owing to this contradiction, region based Pak statecraft has always been vulnerable to military coup and political control over civilians in the disguise of safeguarding, people’s democracy, national security and interests. Pak ruling and military elite seem to be suffering from identity crisis. In order to win their legitimacy before the state actors pak has started raising human rights violation in J&K in the United Nations organization (UNO )after scrapping Art 370 of the Indian constitution which was internal matter of India. Dispute between the two neighboring countries are bound to but natural but conflict resolution is also made by the political leadership of the concerned nations for the larger interests of their economy and world peace. our prime minister thought of “partition horror'' reflects India’s inner heartly agony which inspires the future generation People and politicians of Pakistan to think in terms of peace , cooperation and a better understanding with India for the sake of their common National interests. But the recent Pak activities to export it’s terror groups in Afghanistan vindicates the real intent of bringing peace in South – Asian region by military-civil government nexus .
